I'd love to add a description that displayed the soul of this majestic creature. Something that could truly describe the wonder the teal deer can instill into one's soul. It's difficult, though. This mystical entity, in all its grace and glory, possesses an inexpressable, wonderous aura to it. Its mere presence instills euphoria into even the most stone-hearted of people. This description seeks to at least attempt to convey the true meaning of the teal deer's existence, though adding many inaccuracies in.
...tl;dr NOT. LONG. ENOUGH

Pretty damn good, I was considering drawing a teal deer with a similar pose.

Oh! Thank you!
Well, in hindsight, this pose could have been more dynamic, but if it's okay with you, then okay. Thank you again!

Hm. Interesting profile page. You've given a bit of thought in how you interact with people online. I can appreciate that. Also, It's hard to find nicely done teal deer art. This is nice.

Speaking of, I'd like to use it as an avatar for my Know Your Meme account. When I use art for an avatar, I always provide a link back to the page, but I thought I should start to make a point of asking the artist if it's something I'm using as "my face." Is that OK?

Oh, thanks! I'm not too sure if I stick to my own rules, though.
I appreciate you asking beforehand. You can definitely use this as your avatar! :)

The flitting sight of nimbleness slipped between the trees. It ran and ran and ran, although it had never needed to, either from predators or humans. Some say it was to keep people from seeing it too often. Others say it was simply a side effect to its condition, to always bound in liberty. It always appeared to those who wanted to see it, but nothing more. Any hunters or poachers' traps were always disarmed or empty when they attempted to catch the beast. Sometimes, campers who didn't even know it would exist may catch a glimpse of azure ears or a deep ultramarine hoof, but most passed it off as an illusion, or would look only to find nothing. It was so rare, science tended to ignore it, dismissing it as a crazy result of nature. Spiritual guides and those claiming to be connected to the other worlds professed it as an angel in animal form, and many believed that no matter what their background. Those who had found it had all lived healthy, noble lives, and almost all believed it gave great luck and fortune to those who saw it.

But the ones who knew, the ones who had caught the deer in eyesight as it roamed free in its home, would tell you all they had experienced after they exited its realm was happiness. All they had was a feeling of pure elation, and that nothing would ever come within reach. They would tell you that they were incorruptible simply because they had already fulfilled their life. And all they saw was the simple cerulean color of what would otherwise be food for a mountain lion, what would otherwise be meat to its pursuers.

All they saw was the Teal Deer.

(Sorry for long pontification, but I think I get what you're saying. It's one of those things that are seemingly so simple but function on a level so much higher than us all we can do is hope to achieve its state of perfection and bliss that it shares with us if we really deserve it. Maybe.)
